Opal Physio Cancellation Policy

At OpalPhysio, we value your time and are committed to providing the best possible care.

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments disrupt our schedule and limit access for other patients in need of care. To ensure fairness and maintain high-quality service, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • We have a 24 hours notice policy with a 100% charge for missed or late cancellations.
  • To ensure that this policy is enforced all new bookings will require a credit card on file.
  • Please also be aware that your insurance only covers treatments received not treatments missed therefore a card is still required even if you use direct billing.
  • Credit cards on file will only be charged within the parameters of the above policy.
  • Please remember that your appointment time is reserved for you, if you for any reason cannot make your appointment please be sure to give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid the late cancellation and no-show fees.

Notice Period

We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the appointment cost.

Multiple Late Cancellations

Patients with multiple late cancellations or no-shows may be required to pre-pay for future appointments or risk discontinuation of services.

Emergencies

Genuine emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but exceptions are at the clinic’s discretion.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made by phone at [604-532-7887] or via email at [[email protected]] or using the jane app to cancel your appointments.
