Why Opal

More than a table and a schedule.

Not a mill clinic

At Opal, you’ll work inside a true multidisciplinary environment alongside physiotherapists, registered massage therapists, kinesiologists, and a Medical Specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, all under one roof. That means better patient outcomes, built-in referral support, and a team that actually collaborates.

We prioritize manual therapy skills, movement-based interventions, and active patient participation, because sustainable outcomes come from engaging patients as partners in their recovery.

“I came in as a new grad and had a full caseload within my first month. The mentorship here is real, not just something they put in a job ad.”

Physiotherapist

If you’re tired of working in isolation and want to be part of something that takes clinical excellence seriously, we’d like to meet you.

What You’ll Gain

Built for your growth, not just your hours.

In-House Physiatry

Collaborate directly with a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Specialist, a resource very few clinics in Langley can offer.

Built-In Referrals

Internal referral pathways help you build a full caseload faster. Most part-time clinicians hit strong volume within their first few months.

Structured Mentorship

One-on-one mentorship built into the role, not bolted on as an afterthought. Whether you’re a new grad or an experienced clinician.

Flexible Scheduling

Part-time hours built around your availability. Private treatment rooms, modern equipment, and free parking in central Langley.

The Opportunity

What the role looks like day-to-day.

We have part-time positions available and are looking to fill them by end of July. Strong musculoskeletal assessment and treatment skills are the priority, and you’ll bring them to a caseload that includes private, ICBC, and WorkSafeBC clients.

You’ll work one-on-one with your patients in private treatment rooms using an approach grounded in manual therapy and active rehabilitation. Jane Software handles scheduling and charting. Front desk support handles the rest.

  • Flexible scheduling built around your availability
  • In-house referrals to help you build your caseload faster
  • Private treatment rooms in a modern, well-equipped clinic
  • Free parking in central Langley
  • Full administrative and front desk support
