At Opal Physiotherapy & Health Clinic, we do something most clinics can’t — we bridge musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation under one roof. You’ll work directly alongside physiotherapists in a genuinely multidisciplinary environment.
This is a rare opportunity for a Kinesiologist who wants to go beyond routine exercise programs and develop deep, well-rounded clinical experience across two of the most complex and rewarding areas in rehabilitation.
If you take your craft seriously, communicate well, and want to work somewhere that invests in your clinical growth as seriously as you do — we’d like to meet you.
A practice worth building.
Physio Mentorship
Direct mentorship from physiotherapists — a combination very few Kinesiology roles offer at any career stage.
Dual Clinical Scope
Exposure to both neurological and musculoskeletal caseloads accelerates your depth in ways a single-specialty role can’t.
Clinical Autonomy
Real ownership of client programs as your confidence grows — not just supervised exercise delivery.
Team-First Culture
Team check-ins and genuine support built into the workflow — not just a talking point in a job posting.
One-on-one care that makes a difference.
Most of your time will be spent delivering one-on-one active rehabilitation sessions with a diverse caseload of neurological and musculoskeletal ICBC and WSBC clients. Time is built in for documentation, team check-ins, and program updates — so your clinical work is supported, not rushed.
You’ll also assist with clinic operations to maintain a safe, organized gym environment and support scheduling as needed. This role suits a new graduate building clinical experience, or a career Kinesiologist looking to expand their scope in a learning-focused environment.
Clear expectations. Real support.
